"ألا أعلمكم شيئا تدركون به من سبقكم وتسبقون به من بعدكم ولا يكون أحد أفضل منكم إلا من صنع مثل ما صنعتم؟ تسبحون وتكبرون وتحمدون في دبر كل صلاة ثلاثا وثلاثين مرة"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not teach you a deed by which you will catch up with those who have gone ahead of you and surpass those who come after you, and no one will be better than you except one who does the like of what you do? After every prayer, say 'Subhan Allah' (Glory be to Allah), 'Allahu akbar' (Allah is the Greatest) and 'Al-hamdu lillah' (All praise is for Allah) thirty-three times each."
