Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 262 — When any of you goes to relieve himself

«إذا أتى أحدكم الغائط فلا يستقبل القبلة ولا يولها ظهره ولكن شرقوا أو غربوا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When any of you goes to relieve himself, he should neither face the qiblah nor turn his back towards it; rather, he should face east or west."
