«ألا أدلك على ما هو خير لك من خادم؟ تسبحين الله ثلاثا وثلاثين وتحمدين ثلاثا وثلاثين وتكبرين أربعا وثلاثين حين تأخذين مضجعك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you of something that is better for you than a servant? When you are about to lie down on your bed, glorify Allah, 'Subhan Allah' (Glory be to Allah), thirty-three times, praise Him, 'Al-hamdu lillah' (All praise is for Allah), thirty-three times, and proclaim His greatness, 'Allahu akbar' (Allah is the Greatest), thirty-four times."
