«ألا أخبركم بما يذهب وحر الصدر؟ صوم ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you of a deed that removes the impurity (and rancour) of the heart? It is fasting three days of every month."
