«ألا أخبركم بخيار أمرائكم وشرارهم؟ خيارهم الذين تحبونهم ويحبونكم وتدعون لهم ويدعون لكم وشرار أمرائكم الذين تبغضونهم ويبغضونكم وتلعنونهم ويلعنونكم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you about your best rulers and your worst rulers? Your best rulers are those whom you love and who love you, for whom you pray and who pray for you. And your worst rulers are those whom you hate and who hate you, whom you curse and who curse you."
