«ألا أخبركم بأمر إذا فعلتموه أدركتم من قبلكم وفتم من بعدكم؟ تحمدون الله في دبر كل صلاة وتسبحونه وتكبرونه ثلاث وثلاثين وثلاث وثلاثين وأربعا وثلاثين»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you of a deed which, if you do it, you will catch up with those before you and surpass those after you? Praise Allah after every prayer, glorify Him and proclaim His greatness, that is, thirty-three times, thirty-three times and thirty-four times."
