«ألا أخبرك بأفضل ما تعوذ به المتعوذون: {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ} و {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ} »
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you about the best words by which those who seek refuge seek refuge? They are: Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak [Surah al-Falaq: 1] and: Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind [Surah an-Nas: 1]."
