«أوتروا يا أهل القرآن إن الله وتر يحب الوتر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"O people of the Qur'an! Perform the Witr, for indeed Allah Almighty is Witr (odd, that is, One) and He loves what is odd."
