«إني قد بدنت فإن ركعت فاركعوا وإذا رفعت فارفعوا وإذا سجدت فاسجدوا ولا ألفين رجلا سبقني إلى الركوع ولا إلى السجود»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, my body has become heavy, so when I bow, you bow; when I raise my head, you raise your heads; and when I prostrate, you prostrate. Let me never find a man who gets ahead of me in bowing or in prostration."
