«إنما أنا لكم بمنزلة الوالد أعلمكم فإذا أتى أحدكم الغائط فلا يستقبل القبلة ولا يستدبرها ولا يستطب بيمينه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, I am to you in the position of a father, teaching you (the etiquettes of the religion). So when one of you goes to relieve himself, let him neither face the Qiblah nor turn his back towards it, and let him not clean himself (istinja) with his right hand."
