«إنما العلم بالتعلم وإنما الحلم بالتحلم ومن يتحر الخير يعطه ومن يتق الشر يوقه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Knowledge comes only through learning, and forbearance (the habit of restraining anger) is attained through practising patience. Whoever keeps seeking good is granted good, and whoever strives to avoid evil is protected from it."
