«إن هذا يوم جعله الله عيدا للمسلمين فمن جاء إلى الجمعة فليغتسل وإن كان طيب فليمس منه وعليكم بالسواك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, this is a day that Allah has made a day of Eid for the Muslims. So whoever comes to the Friday prayer, let him take a ritual bath (ghusl), and if he has perfume, let him apply some of it; and you must use the miswak (tooth-stick)."
