«إن طعام الواحد يكفي الاثنين وإن طعام الاثنين يكفي الثلاثة والأربعة وإن طعام الأربعة يكفي الخمسة والستة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, the food of one person suffices for two, the food of two suffices for three and four, and the food of four suffices for five and six."
