«إن المسألة كد يكد بها الرجل وجهه إلا أن يسأل الرجل سلطانا أو في أمر لا بد منه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, begging (asking people) is a wound with which a man wounds his own face, except when a man asks a ruler (authority), or asks in a matter for which there is no alternative."
