«إن الله يمهل حتى إذا ذهب من الليل نصفه أو ثلثاه قال: لا يسألن عبادي غيري من يسألني استجب له من يسألني أعطه من يستغفرني أغفر له حتى يطلع الفجر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty gives respite until, when half or two-thirds of the night has passed, He says: 'Let My servants ask of Me alone and of no one else. Whoever supplicates to Me, I will answer him; whoever asks of Me, I will give him; whoever seeks My forgiveness, I will forgive him.' And this continues until dawn breaks."
