«إن الله تعالى يغار وإن المؤمن يغار وغيرة الله أن يأتي المؤمن ما حرم الله عليه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty has protective jealousy (ghayrah), and the believer too has protective jealousy; and Allah's jealousy is that the believer should commit what Allah Almighty has forbidden him."
