«إن الله يحدث من أمره ما يشاء وإن الله قد أحدث: أن لا تكلموا في الصلاة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty introduces by His command whatever new ruling He wills, and indeed Allah Almighty has introduced this new ruling: that you should not speak during the prayer."
