Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 1663 — Indeed, charity (zakah) is not lawful
«إن الصدقة لا تحل لنا وإن مولى القوم منهم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, charity (zakah) is not lawful for us, and indeed the freed slave of a people is counted as one of them."
"Indeed, charity (zakah) is not lawful for us, and indeed the freed slave of a people is counted as one of them."
