«إن الصالحين يشدد عليهم وإنه لا يصيب مؤمنا نكبة من شوكة فما فوق ذلك إلا حطت عنه بها خطيئة ورفع له بها درجة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, trials are made severe for the righteous. And no calamity befalls a believer, whether the prick of a thorn or anything greater than that, except that because of it one of his sins is forgiven and he is raised one degree in rank."
