«إن الرجل ليتكلم بالكلمة من رضوان الله تعالى ما يظن أن تبلغ ما بلغت فيكتب الله له بها رضوانه إلى يوم القيامة وإن الرجل ليتكلم بالكلمة من سخط الله تعالى ما يظن أن تبلغ ما بلغت فيكتب الله عليه بها سخطه إلى يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, a person speaks a word pleasing to Allah Almighty which he does not even imagine will reach as far as it does, and because of that one word Allah Almighty writes His good pleasure for him until the Day of Resurrection. And indeed, a person speaks a word displeasing to Allah Almighty which he cannot even imagine will reach as far as it does, and because of that word Allah Almighty writes His displeasure against him until the Day of Resurrection."
