«إن البركة تنزل في وسط الطعام فكلوا من حافته ولا تأكلوا من وسطه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, blessing descends in the middle of the food, so eat from its edges and do not eat from its middle."
