«إن الإسلام بدأ غريبا وسيعود غريبا كما بدأ وهو يأرز بين المسجدين كما تأرز الحية في جحرها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Islam began as something strange and it will soon return to being strange just as it began, and it will retreat between the two mosques (of Makkah and Madinah) just as a snake retreats into its hole."
