"إن أفضل ما تداويتم به: الحجامة والقسط ¤ البحري فلا تعذبوا صبيانكم بالغمز"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, the best of the things with which you treat yourselves are cupping (hijamah) and sea costus (al-qust al-bahri, a marine herb), so do not torment your children by pressing their throats (as a treatment)."
