«إن أحدكم يأتيه الشيطان فيقول: من خلقك؟ فيقول: الله فيقول: فمن خلق الله؟ فإذا وجد ذلك أحدكم فليقل: آمنت بالله ورسوله فإن ذلك يذهب عنه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Satan comes to one of you and says: 'Who created you?' He answers: 'Allah.' Then he (Satan) says: 'Then who created Allah?' So when any one of you experiences this (whispering), let him say: 'Amantu billahi wa rasulihi' (I believe in Allah and His Messenger), for saying this will drive it (the whispering) away from him."
