«أنت إمامهم واقتد بأضعفهم واتخذ مؤذنا لا يأخذ على أذانه أجرا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"You are their imam, so lead them in prayer taking into account the weakest among them, and appoint a muezzin who does not take any payment for his call to prayer (adhan)."
