«اجتنبوا الكبائر السبع: الشرك بالله وقتل النفس والفرار من الزحف وأكل مال اليتيم وأكل الربا وقذف المحصنة والتعرب بعد الهجرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Avoid the seven major sins: associating partners with Allah, killing unjustly, fleeing from the battlefield, consuming the wealth of an orphan, consuming usury (riba), slandering a chaste woman, and reverting to desert life after the Hijrah (that is, being cut off from the religion and the community and returning to ignorance)."
