«إن كنت ألممت بذنب فاستغفري الله وتوبي إليه فإن التوبة من الذنب: الندم والاستغفار»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"If you have committed a sin, then seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty and repent to Him, for true repentance from sin is (in fact) remorse and seeking forgiveness."
