"إن بعت من أخيك تمرا فأصابه جائحة فلا يحل ¤ لك أن تأخذ منه شيئا بم تأخذ مال أخيك بغير حق؟! "
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"If you sold dates to your brother and then some calamity struck those dates (and they were ruined), it is not lawful for you to take anything from him. On what basis would you take your brother's wealth unjustly?!"
