«أتموا الركوع والسجود فوالذي نفسي بيده إني لأراكم من وراء ظهري إذا ركعتم وإذا سجدتم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Perform the bowing (ruku') and prostration fully (with humility and devotion). By the One in whose Hand is my soul, when you bow and when you prostrate, I see you even from behind my back."
