«أقيموا حدود الله تعالى في البعيد والقريب ولا تأخذكم بالله لومة لائم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Enforce the prescribed punishments (hudud) of Allah Almighty upon those far and near (that is, strangers and your own), and let not the blame of any blamer ever hold you back in the matter of Allah."
