«أقيموا الركوع والسجود فوالله إني لأراكم من بعد ظهري إذا ركعتم وإذا سجدتم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Perform the bowing (ruku') and prostration fully (in accordance with the Sunnah). By Allah! When you bow and when you prostrate, I see you even from behind my back."
