«اقطعوا في ربع الدينار ولا تقطعوا فيما هو أدنى من ذلك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Cut off the hand for (the theft of) a quarter of a dinar, and do not cut it off for what is of lesser value than that."
