«إقامة حد من حدود الله خير من مطر أربعين ليلة في بلاد الله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Establishing one of the prescribed punishments (hudud) of Allah is better than forty nights of rain falling upon Allah's land."
