«أعظم الناس أجرا في الصلاة أبعدهم إليها ممشى فأبعدهم والذي ينتظر الصلاة حتى يصليها مع الإمام أعظم أجرا من الذي يصليها ثم ينام»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"In the matter of prayer, the greatest reward goes to the person who covers the longest distance (to come to the mosque), then after him the one who is at a shorter distance than that. And the one who waits for the prayer until he performs it in congregation with the imam has a far greater reward than the one who prays it (alone) and then goes to sleep."
