«أظلتكم فتن كقطع الليل المظلم أنجى الناس منها صاحب شاهقة يأكل من رسل غنمه أو رجل من وراء الدروب أخذ بعنان فرسه يأكل من ظل سيفه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Trials like pieces of the dark night have overshadowed you. The safest of people from them will be a man on a mountain peak who lives on the milk of his goats, or a man at the frontiers holding the reins of his horse, who earns his provision from the shade of his sword (that is, he is engaged in jihad)."
