‘Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent out a detachment at the beginning, he would give a quarter share, and when they went again after returning from battle, he would give an additional third share as a reward (nafl). __QUR_N__
Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of ‘Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) is Hasan.
2- This hadith is narrated from Abu Salam, who narrated it from a Companion, and he narrated it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
3- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from Ibn ‘Abbas, Habib bin Maslamah, Ma’n bin Yazid, Ibn ‘Umar, and Salamah bin al-Akwa‘ (may Allah be pleased with them).

In the case of ransom, the same number of men from among them will be killed next year." They said: "We will take ransom, and some of us will be killed." 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith, through the narration of Thawri, is Hasan Gharib; we know it only from the narration of Ibn Abi Zaidah,
2- Abu Usamah has narrated a similar hadith with the chain «هشام عن ابن سيرين عن عبيدة عن علي عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم»,

‘Atiyyah Qarazi (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were presented before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the day of Qurayzah, so whoever had (pubic) hair grown was killed, and whoever did not have it was let go. I was among those who did not have hair, so I was let go. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan sahih,
2- Some people of knowledge act upon this; if puberty and age are not known, they consider the appearance of (pubic) hair as a sign of puberty. This is also the view of Ahmad and Ishaq bin Rahwayh.
Hadith 1590
‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: “There is no migration after the conquest of Makkah, but jihad and intention remain. And when you are called for jihad, then set out.” 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:

Some hasty people went ahead and quickly took (food items) from the spoils and began to cook them (before distribution). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was with those who were coming behind. When he passed by the pots, he ordered them to be overturned, and so they were overturned. Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) appointed a commander over an army, he would especially advise him to fear Allah regarding his own self and to do good to the Muslims who were with him. After that, he would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in His path, fight those who disbelieve in Allah, do not embezzle from the spoils of war, do not break covenants, do not mutilate, do not kill children. And when you face your polytheist enemies, invite them to three things; whichever of them they accept, accept it from them and refrain from fighting them: Invite them to Islam and to migrate from their homeland to the land of the emigrants, and inform them that if they do so, they will have the same rights as the emigrants and the same responsibilities as the emigrants. But if they refuse to migrate, inform them that they will be like the Bedouin Muslims, and the same rulings will apply to them as apply to the Bedouin Muslims: they will have no share in the spoils of war or in the fay’ unless they fight alongside the Muslims. If they refuse to do this, then seek Allah’s help against them and begin to fight them. When you besiege a fortress and they want you to grant them protection in the name of Allah and His Prophet, do not grant them the protection of Allah and His Prophet, but grant them your own and your companions’ protection (and do not break it), for if you break your own and your companions’ protection, it is less serious than breaking the protection of Allah and His Messenger. And when you besiege the people of a fortress and they want you to refer their case to the judgment of Allah, do not refer it to the judgment of Allah, but refer it to your own judgment, for you do not know whether you will be able to reach the judgment of Allah concerning them or not.” He also said some other things in this regard __QUR_N__, __XREF_N__, __REF_N__.
