أخبرني الحسن بن حَليم (1) المروَزي، أخبرنا أبو المُوجِّه، أخبرنا عَبْدان، أخبرنا عبد الله، أخبرني طلحة بن أبي سعيد، عن بُكير بن عبد الله بن الأشجّ، عن القاسم بن محمد، عن عائشة أنها قالت: التمائمُ ما عُلِّق قبل نزول البلاء، وما عُلِّق بعد نزول البلاء فليس بتَمِيمة (2). هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه. It is narrated from the Mother of the Believers, Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), that she said: "A tamimah (an impermissible amulet) is what is hung before an affliction descends (to ward it off); what is hung after an affliction has descended (as treatment) is not a tamimah."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.
