وحدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أخبرنا محمد بن شاذانَ الجَوْهري، حَدَّثَنَا عبيد الله بن محمد القُرشي، حَدَّثَنَا عبد الرحمن بن حمَّاد بن عِمران بن موسى بن طلحة، حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحة بن يحيى بن طلحة، عن أبيه، طلحة بن عُبيد الله قال: دُخلت على رسول الله ﷺ وفي يده سَفَرْجَلةٌ، فألقاها إليَّ وقال: "دُونَكَها أبا محمدٍ، فإنها تُجِمُّ الفؤادَ" (3). It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talhah bin Ubaydullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and in his (peace and blessings be upon him) hand there was a quince ("safarjalah"). He (peace and blessings be upon him) tossed it to me and said: "O Abu Muhammad, take it, for it gives rest to the heart."

(3) حديث محتمل للتحسين إن شاء الله، وهذا إسناد ضعيف جدًّا من أجل عبد الرحمن بن حماد الطَّلْحي. وقد سلف بيانه برقم (7769).
