أخبرني أبو عبد الرحمن محمد بن عبد الله التاجر، حدثنا أبو حاتم الرازي، حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، حدثنا محمد بن عمرو، عن أبي سَلَمة، عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "إِنَّ الذي أَنزَلَ الداءَ أَنزَلَ الشِّفاءَ" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the One who sent down the disease also sent down the cure."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(1) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن من أجل محمد بن عمرو: وهو ابن علقمة الليثي.
Grading: This hadith is sahih, and this chain is "hasan" because of Muhammad bin Amr, who is Ibn Alqamah al-Laythi.
وأخرجه ابن منده في "التوحيد" (395) عن محمد بن عيسى الرازي وعبدوس بن الحسين، عن أبي حاتم الرازي، بهذا الإسناد. وقال عقبه: هذا إسناد متصل مشهور.
Reference / Source: Ibn Mandah recorded it in "al-Tawhid" (395) by way of Muhammad bin Isa al-Razi and Abdus bin al-Husayn, from Abu Hatim al-Razi, with this same chain, and said: "This is a connected (muttasil) and well-known chain."
وأخرجه أبو نعيم في "الطب النبوي" (22) من طريق عبيد الله بن جرير، عن محمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، به.
Reference / Source: Abu Nu'aym recorded it in "al-Tibb al-Nabawi" (22) by way of Ubayd Allah bin Jarir, from Muhammad bin Abd Allah al-Ansari, in the same way.
وأخرجه أبو نعيم أيضًا (21) من طريق حماد بن مسعدة، عن محمد بن عمرو، به.
Reference / Source: Abu Nu'aym recorded it (21) by way of Hammad bin Mas'adah, from Muhammad bin Amr, in the same way.
وأخرجه البخاري (5678)، وابن ماجه (3439) من طريق عطاء بن أبي رباح، عن أبي هريرة مرفوعًا: "ما أنزل الله داءً إلّا أنزل له شفاء".
Reference / Source: Al-Bukhari (5678) and Ibn Majah (3439) recorded it by way of Ata' bin Abi Rabah, from Abu Hurayrah, as marfu': "Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down its cure."
وأخرجه ابن الأعرابي في "المعجم" (1688)، والقضاعي في "مسند الشهاب" (710) من طريق سعبه، عن الأعمش، عن أبي صالح عن ابي هريرة، بلفظ: "تداووا، فإن الذي أنزل الداء أنزل الدواء".
Reference / Source: Ibn al-A'rabi recorded it in "al-Mu'jam" (1688) and al-Quda'i in "Musnad al-Shihab" (710) by way of Shu'bah, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, with the wording: "Seek treatment, for the One who sent down the disease also sent down the remedy."
وأخرجه أبو نعيم (23) من طريق ابن سيرِين، عن أبي هريرة، بنحوه.
