أخبرنا علي بن محمد بن عُقبة الشَّيباني بالكوفة، حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق الزُّهْري، حدثنا أبو نُعيم، حدثنا بشير بن سَلْمان (2) المؤذن، حدثنا سيّار أبو الحَكَم، عن طارق بن شِهاب، قال: كنَّا عند ابن مسعود فقال: قال رسولُ الله ﷺ: "إنَّ بينَ يدي الساعة تسليمَ الخاصّة (1)، وفُشُوَّ التجارة حتى تُعينَ المرأةُ زوجَها على التجارة، وقطعَ الأرحام، وظهورَ شهادةِ الزُّور، وكِتمانَ شهادة الحقِّ" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Tariq bin Shihab that he said: We were sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Close to the Hour, greetings of peace will be given only to particular people (that is, on the basis of acquaintance), trade will become so widespread that a woman will help her husband in trade, ties of kinship will be severed, false testimony will become widespread, and true testimony will be concealed."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Important point: In manuscript (S) this word is corrupted into "Sulayman".
(1) تحرَّف في النسخ الخطية: إلى تسليم الحاجة، والتصويب من مصادر التخريج.
Important point: In the manuscripts it is corrupted into "taslim al-hajah", and it has been corrected from the other sources of the takhrij.
(2) إسناده حسن من أجل سوار - وهو أبو حمزة الكوفي - وليس بأبي الحكم، فقد نقل الحافظُ المزيُّ في "التهذيب" عن أحمد وأبي داود ويحيى والدارقطني وغيرهم أنهم قالوا: قد أخطأ من قال: هو سيار أبو الحكم - وسيار أبو حمزة هذا روى عنه جمع، وذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته" 6/ 421.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan" because of "Sawwar".
Technical note / Defect ('illah): He is "Abu Hamzah al-Kufi", not "Abu al-Hakam"; al-Hafiz al-Mizzi transmitted in "al-Tahdhib" from Imam Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Yahya and al-Daraqutni that whoever called him "Sayyar Abu al-Hakam" made a mistake. A group of narrators reported from this "Sayyar Abu Hamzah", and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in "al-Thiqat" (6/421).
وأخرجه أحمد 6 / (3870) و 7 / (3982) من طريقين عن بشير بن سلمان، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad narrated it (6/3870) and (7/3982) through two routes from Bashir bin Salman, with this same chain.
وسيأتي عند المصنف برقم (8583) من طريق أبي نعيم.
Note / Clarification: It will come later with the author (al-Hakim) at number (8583) by way of Abu Nu'aym.

وأخرجه أحمد 6/ (3664) من طريق الأسود بن يزيد، و (3848) من طريق الأسود بن هلال، كلاهما عن ابن مسعود مرفوعًا بقصة التسليم.
Details of the narration: Imam Ahmad narrated it (6/3664) by way of al-Aswad bin Yazid, and (3848) by way of al-Aswad bin Hilal; both of them narrate it from Ibn Mas'ud as marfu', with the story of the greeting (salam).
