حدثنا أبو العبّاس، حدثنا أبو أسامة الحلبي، حدثنا حجاج بن أبي منيع، عن جده، عن الزُّهْري قال: واستَسَرَّ رسولُ الله ﷺ ريحانة من بني قريظة، ثم أعتقها ولَحِقَت بأهلها (1).
It is narrated from Imam al-Zuhri that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took Sayyidah Rayhanah (may Allah be pleased with her) of Banu Qurayzah as a concubine (surriyyah), then freed her, and she went back to her family.

Grading: Its chain up to Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri is "jayyid" (good).
وأخرجه مطولًا ابن منده في "معرفة الصحابة" ص 979 - 980، وأبو نعيم في "معرفة الصحابة" (7484) من طريق يونس بن يزيد عن ابن شهاب الزهري، به.
Reference / Source: Ibn Mandah in "Ma'rifat al-Sahabah" (pp. 979-980) and Abu Nu'aym in "Ma'rifat al-Sahabah" (7484) narrated it at length by way of Yunus bin Yazid, who narrates from Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri.
وأخرجه موصولًا الطبراني في "الكبير" (5588) و 22 / (1087) - ومن طريقه أبو نعيم في "المعرفة" (7366) - من طريق يونس بن يزيد، عن ابن شهاب، عن أبي أمامة بن سهل، عن أبيه سهل، فذكره. وفي سنده شيخ الطبراني القاسم بن عبد الله الإخميمي، اتهمه غير واحد كالدارقطني وابن عدي.
Reference / Source: Al-Tabarani narrated it as "mawsul" (connected) in "al-Kabir" (5588 and 22/1087) (and by way of him Abu Nu'aym in "al-Ma'rifah" 7366) with the chain Yunus bin Yazid, from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Umamah bin Sahl, from his father Sahl.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Tabarani's chain contains his shaykh "al-Qasim bin 'Abd Allah al-Ikhmimi", whom several imams such as al-Daraqutni and Ibn 'Adi accused (of lying or fabricating hadith).
Grading: Its chain up to Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri is "jayyid" (good).
