حَدَّثَنَا عمرو بن محمد بن منصور العَدْل، حَدَّثَنَا إسماعيل بن إسحاق القاضي، حَدَّثَنَا إسماعيل بن أبي أُويس، حَدَّثَنَا سليمان بن بلال. وحدثني محمد بن صالح بن هانئٍ، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن نُعَيم، حَدَّثَنَا قُتيبة بن سعيد، حَدَّثَنَا إسماعيل بن جعفر؛ كلاهما عن العلاء بن عبد الرحمن، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "اتَّقُوا اللاعِنَينِ" قالوا: وما اللاعناِن يا رسول الله؟ قال: "الذي يَتخلَّى في طريق المسلمين وفي ظِلِّهم" (3).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، وقد أخرجه عن قُتيبة. وله شاهد عن محمد بن سيرين بإسناد صحيح ولفظه غيرُ هذه، ولم يُخرجه:

هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، وقد أخرجه عن قُتيبة. وله شاهد عن محمد بن سيرين بإسناد صحيح ولفظه غيرُ هذه، ولم يُخرجه:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the two things that bring curses." The Companions said: O Messenger of Allah! What are the two things that bring curses? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who relieves himself in the roads of the Muslims and in their places of shade."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, and he recorded it from Qutaybah.
