It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I went out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in the expedition of Banu al-Mustaliq. Muhammad bin Umar (al-Waqidi) says that he was fifteen years old at that time, and that he took part in the Battle of the Trench and all the battles after it.
