أخبرني عبد الله بن غانم الصَّيدَلاني، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن إبراهيم العَبْدي، حَدَّثَنَا يحيى بن بُكَير قال: مات أبو هريرة بالعَقِيق، واسمه عبد الله بن عمرو، ومن الناس من يقول: ابن عبد العُزَّى.
It is narrated from Yahya bin Bukayr that Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away at the place called "al-Aqiq"; his name was "Abdullah bin Amr", and some people have said "Ibn Abd al-Uzza".
