حدثني أبو سعيد عمرو بن محمد بن منصور العَدْل، حَدَّثَنَا عمر بن حفص السَّدُوسي، حَدَّثَنَا عاصم بن علي، حَدَّثَنَا أبو مَعشَر، عن سعيد المَقبُري، عن أبي هريرة قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ يَدعُوني أبا هرٍّ، ويَدعُوني الناسُ أبا هُريرة (2).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to address me as "Abu Hirr", and people used to call me "Abu Hurayrah".
