أخبرني عبد الله بن إسحاق بن إبراهيم الخُزَاعي بمكة، حَدَّثَنَا أبو يحيى بن أبي مَسَرَّة، حَدَّثَنَا أحمد بن محمد بن الوليد الأزْرَقي، حَدَّثَنَا داود بن عبد الرحمن العطّار، حدثني عبد الله بن عثمان بن خُثَيم، عن يوسف بن ماهَك، عن حفصة بنت عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر، عن أبيها: أنَّ النَّبِيّ الله قال لعبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر: "أَرْدِفْ أُختَك عائشةَ فَأَعمِرُها من التنعيم، فإذا هَبَطَتَ الأَكَمَةَ فَمُرْها فلتُحرِمْ، فإنها عُمرةٌ مُتَقَبَّلة" (1). ذكرُ مناقب عبد الله بن أبي بكر الصِّديق ﵄

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Seat your sister Aishah behind you (on the mount) and have her perform Umrah from al-Tan'im. Then when you descend from the hillock, instruct her to enter ihram, for this is an accepted Umrah."
Mention of the virtues of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with them both).

(1) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد قوي من أجل عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم.
Grading: This is a "sahih hadith", and this chain is "strong" because of Abdullah bin Uthman bin Khuthaym.
وأخرجه أحمد 3/ (1710)، وأبو داود (1995) من طريقين عن داود بن عبد الرحمن العطار، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (3/1710) and Abu Dawud (1995) narrated it through two routes via Dawud bin Abd al-Rahman al-Attar.
وأخرج أحمد (1705)، والبخاري (1784) و (2985)، ومسلم (1212)، وابن ماجه (2999)، والترمذي (934)، والنسائي (4216) من طريق عمرو بن أوس الثقفي، عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر قال: أمرني رسول الله ﷺ أن أُردف عائشة، وأُعمرَها من التنعيم.
Reference / Source: Ahmad, al-Bukhari, Muslim, Ibn Majah, al-Tirmidhi and al-Nasa'i narrated it via Amr bin Aws al-Thaqafi, that Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to seat Aishah behind me on the mount and to have her perform Umrah from al-Tan'im."
وأخرج أحمد (1709) من طريق أبي نجيح، عمن سمع عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر يقول: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "أَرحِلْ هذه الناقة ثم أَردِف أختك، فإذا هبطتُما من أَكَمة التنعيم فأهلَّا وأقبِلا" وذلك ليلة الصَّدَر. وهذا إسناد ضعيف لإبهام الراوي عن عبد الرحمن.
Grading: This chain is weak because the narrator from Abd al-Rahman is "mubham" (unnamed).
Note / Clarification: He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Saddle this she-camel, then seat your sister behind you; when you descend from the hillock of al-Tan'im, enter ihram with the talbiyah and come (back to Makkah)." This was on the night of al-Sadar (the night of departure).
وأخرج أحمد (1709) من طريق أبي نجيح، عمن سمع عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر يقول: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "أَرحِلْ هذه الناقة ثم أَردِف أختك، فإذا هبطتُما من أَكَمة التنعيم فأهلَّا وأقبِلا" وذلك ليلة الصَّدَر. وهذا إسناد ضعيف لإبهام الراوي عن عبد الرحمن. وفي الباب عن جابر بن عبد الله، تقدَّم برقم (1786).
Grading: This chain is also weak due to the same defect (the narrator being unnamed).
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: On this topic there is the narration of Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), which has already passed at no. (1786).
