حدثنا أحمد بن إسحاق العَدْل الصَّيدلاني، حدثنا الحُسين بن الفَضْل، حدثنا علي بن بَحْر بن بَرِّي، حدثنا سعيد بن مَسلَمة القرشي، عن إسماعيل بن أُمية، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، قال: دخلَ رسول الله ﷺ المسجدَ وإحدى يدَيه على أبي بكر والأُخرى على عمر، فقال: "هكذا نُبعَثُ يومَ القيامة (2).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) entered the mosque with one of his hands in the hand of Abu Bakr and the other in the hand of Umar. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is how we will be raised on the Day of Resurrection."

(2) إسناده ضعيف بمرّة من أجل سعيد بن مَسلَمة، فإنه ضعيف منكر الحديث، وبه أعلَّه الذهبي في "تلخيصه"، وقال أبو حاتم فيما نقله عنه ابنه في "العلل" (2653): هذا حديث منكر.
Grading: Its chain is "extremely weak" (da'if bi-marrah), because of Sa'id bin Maslamah, who is weak and "munkar al-hadith". Al-Dhahabi pointed to this as its defect in his Talkhis.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Abu Hatim (al-'Ilal: 2653) said: This hadith is "munkar".
وأخرجه ابن ماجه (99) عن علي بن ميمون الرّقي، والترمذي (3669) عن عمر بن إسماعيل بن مجالد كلاهما عن سعيد بن مَسلَمة، بهذا الإسناد. وقال الترمذي: هذا حديث غريب.
Reference / Source: Ibn Majah (99) recorded it from 'Ali bin Maymun al-Raqqi, and al-Tirmidhi (3669) from 'Umar bin Isma'il bin Mujalid; both narrate it from Sa'id bin Maslamah with this same chain. Al-Tirmidhi said: This hadith is "gharib".
وسيتكرر برقم (7939) عن أبي عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله الزاهد عن الحسن بن علي بن بحر عن أبيه.
Note / Clarification: It will be repeated shortly (at no. 7939) via Abu 'Abd Allah Muhammad bin 'Abd Allah al-Zahid > al-Hasan bin 'Ali bin Bahr > his father.
