It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The two rak'ahs before the Fajr prayer are 'at the setting of the stars' (the glorification at the time the stars set), and the two rak'ahs after Maghrib are 'after the prostrations' (the glorification after the prostrations)."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs did not record it. It has a supporting witness narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) through the narration of Hammad bin Salamah, but that is not on the conditions of this book.

Hadith Takhrij«
Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: (3) The chain is da'if because of the weakness of Rishdin bin Kurayb; al-Dhahabi also said the same. Reference / Source: Al-Tirmidhi (3275) narrated it through the chain of Abu Hisham al-Rifa'i from Muhammad bin Fudayl and graded it "gharib".
(Note / Clarification): "Idbar al-nujum" refers to the verse of Surah al-Tur. It means the two sunnah rak'ahs of Fajr.
Grading: (1) Ibn Abi Shaybah (2/523) narrated it as "mawquf" on Abu Hurayrah. The narration of Aws bin Khalid has some weakness (lin) because of 'Ali bin Zayd. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: This report is also narrated as mawquf from several other Companions and Successors.
