997 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَالِكِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ هُوَ الصَّائِغُ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْجَرْمِيُّ، ثنا جُنَادَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ الْعَامِرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ أَشْكَرَ النَّاسِ لِلَّهِ أَشْكَرُهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ»
Sayyiduna Ash'ath bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the most grateful to Allah among the people is the one who is most grateful to the people."
