572 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ، أبنا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ النَّسَائِيُّ، أنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، نا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الطَّائِيُّ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدُوَيْهِ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، أبنا أَبُو عَلِيِّ بْنُ رَزِينٍ الْهَرَوِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ، ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نُصِرْتُ بِالصَّبَا، وَأُهْلِكَتْ عَادٌ بِالدَّبُورِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I was helped by the east wind (Saba), and the people of ‘Ad were destroyed by the west wind (Dabur).”
